Ten years ago, I started on a yoga journey when I realised that I was no longer at peace with myself, both physically and emotionally. Since then, yoga has become an integral part of my life, guiding me back to a deep connection with my body and my authentic self.

My approach is centered around nurturing both your physical and mental well-being, creating a space where you can embark on a profound journey of self-discovery As an experienced yoga teacher. I firmly believe that yoga has the power to unlock the potential within us, allowing us to tap into our inner selves and find solace amidst the chaos of daily life. With each breath, you'll learn to release tension, restore balance, and find a sense of calm that resonates long after you step off the mat.

In the midst of the constant whirl of life, it is easy to lose touch with our true essence. However, by intentionally slowing down and immersing ourselves in the stillness of silence, we create an opportunity for inner alignment and reconnection. Through this conscious act of grounding, we can find our way back to our identity and reclaim our strength - both mentally and physically.

  • I offer studio, corporate, private, online at-home yoga classes in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Yoga Nidra or a mix of all.

and I'm excited to share my passion for yoga with you. I believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice, it's a traditional philosophy that connects us with our inner selves. My background in dance and movement has influenced my approach to yoga, viewing it as a tool for exploring our emotions and thoughts in a safe and nurturing space.

As your teacher, I encourage you to approach your practice with an open heart and mind, focusing on the journey rather than the outcome. Yoga is an expression of our soul and a path toward greater self-awareness and spiritual growth. By tuning out external distractions, we can connect with our inner selves and find a sense of flow that extends beyond the mat and into our daily lives.
